Make this holiday one to remember. Get rid of the same old routine you do every holiday and make this one extra special. On top of all stresses over the holidays, the actual day is probably when you stress the most. This year, an action plan has been well thought of and is ready to play a huge role throughout your holiday. It is understood that you have family members of all ages coming to reunite with one another and it is already a wonderful moment when you get to hug Grandma once again or hear Grandpas childhood stories and how so much has changed.
For this holiday an agenda of fun filled games will be made to help you keep your guests of all ages entertained. This agenda will include times and different games to make sure there is always something to do throughout the entire day. The games will also be physically active to get in a little exercise but not break out in a huge sweat. The agenda will be written down on a poster so that everyone gets a sneak peek of what will be happening throughout the day. A gift exchange will also take place for the children so that everyone can get a gift and will also be helpful financially for everybody. A notification will be sent out to all the families via invitation by mail so that everyone can be prepared mentally and physically for this wonderful holiday. For the families with infants, their will be volunteers to babysit so that every one can enjoy their time there.
This will be a collaborative project amongst four of us and I will be in charge of making the poster with all the games listed. Others will be in charge of invitations, food, and gathering volunteers to babysit the infants. This holiday will be different and new but will make unforgettable moments with unforgettable people.
